Flags

Flag Types

Flags can be used to notify operators of important information against wither a Vehicle or Company. When the Vehicle or Company is input on a load the FLAG will appear.

Setting Up Flags

To create a flag, navigate enter edit mode on either the Vehicle or Company you would like to create the flag for. Under FLAGS you will first select the FLAG TYPE and then enter the FLAG CONTENT in rich text.

Note: Where a vehicle is registered against multiple companies, the flag can be applied to the vehicle for all or select companies.

Removing Flags

To turn off an existing flag navigate back to edit mode on either the Vehicle or Company and change the FLAG STATUS to inactive.
