Company Management
The Company Management feature allows you to create and manage account customers. It helps ensure customer accounts are maintained with accurate records of loads, invoices, vehicles and site access.
Company Dashboard

On the Companies page you can filter your existing accounts using the ACCOUNT STATUS tabs. You can create a new company using the ADD COMPANY button, or you can view an EXISTING ACCOUNT by selecting it from the list.
Creating a new Company
New Company Name

After selecting Add Company on the dashboard you will be presented with the Add a Company Pop up. Enter the NEW COMPANY NAME and click create.
Enter Company Details

Your new company is useable with only the name configured but you can enter all of their GENRAL DETAILS and CONTACT DETAILS. The GENERAL DETAILS section includes โMAX $ BALANCEโ which is a credit limit function causing a pop up to site operators if a company exceeds their credit limit.
COMPANY FLAGS can be set up where required to notify site operators of any required information. More detail on this can be found on the Flags Knowledgebase Item.
Enter Company Details - Continued

When a company is created, they are not provided access to any sites (meaning they are not selectable at any sites). Use the SITE SELECTION options to assign site access to the company.
VEHICLE SET-UP can be used to create vehicles in PIVOT and Assign them to a customer. Just enter the Registration and optionally the TARE Weight and click Add Vehicle.
Existing Companies
View or Edit an Existing Company

When you have selected a company from the company dashboard their company card will open in view mode. To edit the company click EDIT COMPANY.

In the company card you can select any of the COMPANY VEHICLES and make changes. You can view ACCOUNT INVOICES for companies that have previously been invoiced (Note: No invoices in above image). The LOAD FILTERS can be used to view CUSTOMER LOADS between your chosen date range.
